Charles George Petty was born on March 27, 1939 and passed away on June 1, 2023 at the age of 84.

Mr. Petty is the son of the late Ben Hooper and Eunice Nash Petty.

Mr. Petty is survived by his wife Janie Petty, son Steven (Karen) Petty, stepdaughter Kay Davenport, brother David Petty, grandchildren Ryan Petty and step grandchild Emilee Seib.

He was on the board of director for Farm Bureau in Hickman county for ten years, he was a member of the civilian in Dickson and he was a worker for Ford Glass Company for many years and did many things around the plant.

Visitation with the family will be 3 Jun 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and 4 June 2023 from 12:30 – 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be begin at 2:00 PM with burial to follow in Redden Cemetery, Dickson, TN.
