Gene Thomas Peevyhouse, 94, passed away on February 16, 2024. He was born in Hohenwald, September 29, 1929.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Mrs. Odell Roxie and Mr. Granville Peevyhouse; his first wife Elizabeth J. Peevyhouse, two sisters, Thelma Virginia Haley and Marlene Peevyhouse; his daughter Debbie G. Peevyhouse, Vicky L. Mapes; Two sons Terry G. Peevyhouse, Sammy L. Peevyhouse; two granddaughters, Gwen Peevyhouse, Samantha Peevyhouse; one great-grandson Lien Peevyhouse; two step-grandsons, Jimmy J. Higgins, Patrick R. Carroll.

He is survived by his wife Virginia Peevyhouse, and his son Timmy A. Peevyhouse; two step-daughters Patricia (Gene) Carroll, Stacey M. Huggins. grandchildren, Michale A. Arthur, William T. McComas, Frankie Peevyhouse Coble, Robert B. Peevyhouse, Kayla Peevyhouse (Joey Contanc) Normady, Thomas Samuel Peevyhouse. two step-grandchilden; Phillip (Brandy) Carroll, Gina Lynn Carroll. great-great grandchildren, Chole Lynn Peevyhouse, Kasen Peevyhouse Contanc, Tinsley Peevyhouse, Tuesdai Contanc, Skylar McComas, Haley Jo (Brier) Ledbetter, Mindy McComas, Kelsey Carroll, Kaybree, Kruze Carroll, Brooky Carroll, Jaden Carroll, Bently Carroll, Bryson Bonee, Micah Bonee.
