Richard Edward Parker was born on July 10, 1952 in Hamtramck, Michigan and passed away on February 14, 2023 at his home in Duck River, Tennessee.

He was the son of Richard Lee Parker and Lucille Hutchinson McCoy.

He was also preceded in death by his Dad Bill McCoy.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille Hutchinson McCoy. Wife, Pamela Smithson Parker. Sons, Jeremy Parker and Michael Adam Parker. Grandchildren, Krista, Kayla, Kameron, and Nevaeh. Brother, Mike McCoy. Sisters, Lana McCoy and Linda Collins. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Visitation with the family will be 18 Feb 2023 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM ath McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be 18 Feb 2023 at 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
