Betty Sue Nunnery, 74, of Hohenwald, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at the Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was born on July 18, 1944, in Hohenwald, TN, to William Rosco Roden and Jessie Irene Goodman Roden.

She is survived by her son, Travis Nunnery of Hohenwald, TN; brothers,  Jerry Roden of Elkton, MD  and Billy Roden of Hohenwald, TN; sisters, Ann McDonald of Waynesboro, TN, Fay Carroll of Hohenwald, TN,  Nell Staggs of Hohenwald, TN and Frankie Whitehead of Hornbeak, TN; grandchild, Trevin Nunnery and two great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband,  Travis Edward Nunnery and brother, Harold Roden.  

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM -10:00 AM on Friday, May 24, 2019 at McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County.   Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019, at 10:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County with Elvis Williams officiating.  Burial will follow in the Madie Cemetery, Ridgley, TN.
