Georgia Lee Moss, was born on October 9, 1938, to the late Harlan and Nettie Lee Totty Chessor, and died peacefully at Life Care Center of Centerville on February 27, 2023, at the age of 84 years.

A native of Hickman County, Georgia was a member of the Centerville Church of Christ and was the legal secretary for law office of Wallace Harvill for more than 40 years.

She is survived by her children Andy (Teresa) Maddox and Lisa (Wayne) Maddox Baker, and her sister Patsy (Reed) Graham. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Joshua (Ashley) Maddox, Tyler Lampley, and Katelyn Lampley, great-grandchildren, Kaylyn Maddox, Bristol Maddox, and Adley Maddox, and her sister Patsy Graham, along with many other relatives and friends.

Georgia loved her family deeply and enjoyed singing and playing the piano with them.

Visitation with the family will be 2 March 2023 from 4:00 – 5:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with Funeral Services to follow at 5:00 PM.  Burial will be 3 March 2023 at 11:00 AM at Harpeth Hill Memory Gardens, 9090 Hwy 100,  Nashville, TN.
