Donald Moniz, age 69, born December 28, 1935 in New Bedford, Bristol Co, MA, died April 19, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital, Columbia, Maury Co, TN. The Memorial Service will be held at Hopewell Primitive Baptist Church, April 23, 2005 at 2:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be Elder Dallas Rankin. Visitation will be at the church on the day of the Memorial Service. Survivors include his wife, Jeanette (Carreiro) Moniz; son, Dennis John Moniz; stepsons, Jose M. Luiz and Todd M. Luiz; stepdaughter, Bonnie Luiz; brother, Daniel (Frances) Moniz, sisters, Hilda (Roland) Boucher and Evelyn Rosa; 8 Grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Marianno and Mary (Furtado) Moniz.
