Carrie Lee Mobley was born on May 31, 1956 in Columbia, Tennessee and passed away on February 4, 2022 at her home in Nunnelly. She was 65 years old.

She is the daughter of the late Miles M. Capps Jr. and Marjorie L. Capps who resided in Columbia, Tennessee.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers Miles M. Capps III of Columbia, Brady Capps of Columbia, and Jimmy Capps of Nashville.

She is survived by her husband Jeffrey “Todd” Mobley of Nunnelly. Children Bobbie (John) Quillen of Centerville, Christy (Kevin) Garner of Prospect, Tennessee, and Chad Rummage of Centerville. Step sons Jeffrey and Greg Mobley, Brother and sisters Harold (Linda) Capps of Columbia, April Brooks of Columbia, Susan Frazier of Columbia, and Vielallar (Steve) Anderson of Williamsport. She was a grandmother to 4 grandsons Mason, Sully, Reece, and Lucas and had many nieces and nephews.

Carrie was a beloved wife, mom, grandma, and friend. She was a member of the Williamsport Baptist Church and was an accountant for Bates Engine in Centerville.
