Edward Kolb Minyard, 74, former resident of Hohenwald, died November 2, 2001 in Houston, Texas. He and his wife, Helen Louise Hargrave Minyard, were married fifty years. She passed away January 10, 2002. Mr. Minyard was born August 6, 1927 in Mobile, Alabama. He was the son of the late James John and Hattie Ruth Kolb Minyard. He was a member of the MEBA for 40 years and he was a United States Army Veteran. Survivors include a daughter, Teri Murakami of England; a son, Edward Kolb Minyard, Jr. of Hohenwald; two brothers, James Minyard of Anniston, Alabama, and W.G. Manning of Pensacola, Florida; three grandchildren, Tristen and Danielle Murakami of Houston, Texas; and Raven Minyard of Hohenwald.
