Gough, Nicholas M
Nicholas Matthew Gough
(August 20, 1999 – August 4, 2020)
Nick, our son, brother, and friend, left this world on August 4, 2020. He was 20 years old. He was very loving and genuine, and never hesitated to put others before himself. He had the strongest and most loving hugs, and would make you laugh even if you didn’t want to.
Nick was a talented artist and loved to work on cars. His self-customized black Nissan 370ZX with purple headlights was his pride and joy. A very creative soul, he artistically designed custom cars on paper, and aspired to be a graphic designer and mechanic. He had a natural talent for being able to build anything. He was a hard worker and devoted brother, son, and friend, and had a very good, sensitive heart.
Nick is survived by his parents, Gregory Lynn Gough and Sherri England Gough, his immediate siblings, Christopher, Brendan, Brooklyn, and Turner Gough, his grandparents, Jesse and Jane Gough, his grandfather, Roger England, Greg’s partner, Kate Wills and daughter Haley Wills who were like a mom and sister to him, his aunt, Linda (Scott) Gough Johnson, his aunt, Julie England Gunderson, cousins Katie, David and Benjamin Johnson, cousins Michael and Allen Gunderson, and numerous other family members and second cousins who loved him very much. He is also survived by his biological parents, Monica (Doug) Hickman Backus and Joseph Fouche, and his biological half brother Cody Smith.
We all love you, Nick, and will continue to carry on your memory in our hearts forever.
