Melinda Renee (Gray) Otis of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away on Monday, 24 February 2020 at the age of 47 in Shreveport, LA.  She was the daughter of Joeyl Gray & Betty (Stephens) Gray, and was born in Columbia, TN on 24 July 1972.  Survivors include father, Joeyl Gray; mother, Betty Gray; sons, Zachary Ray and Christopher Azcarate; sister, Chyna Easterling; and, two grandchildren, Alister & Everson Ray. 

Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, 6 March 2020 beginning at 5:30 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, 7 March 2020 at 1:00 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County with Reverend Ronnie Hampton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lewis County Memorial Gardens, Hohenwald, TN.
