Maverick Ethan Capps was born on April 22, 2019 and passed away on March 31, 2020.

He is the son of Jimmy Lee Capps and Crystal Elaine Johnston. 

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Rickey Capps, great-grandparents John Will Johnston and Bowman Leegon.

Along with his parents he is survived by his sister Abbigail Capps, brother Hunter Capps, grandparents Melissa (Larry Riley) Johnston, Ricky (Connie) Johnston, Ann Capps, great grandparents Mary Johnston, Pauline Leegon, Bobby and Margaret Copley, by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held.
