Mary Lee (Pee Wee) Tarkington was born in Coble, TN on November 22, 1924 to the late Mary Gilbert and Fowler Gilbert. She passed away on July 7, 2020 at the age of 95.

In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her sisters, Cora Gilbert and Mattie Gilbert. She is survived by her nephew, Roy Lane.

A graveside service for Mary Tarkington will be held on Thursday, 9 July 2020 at the Stand Cemetery in Duck River, TN.  A visitation will be held prior to the graveside from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the McDonald Funeral Home in Centerville, TN.
