Hilda Marcelle Petty McBride was born in Centerville on November 14, 1927 to the late Lorene Durham Petty and Jess Petty. She passed away in Nashville, TN on March 12, 2020 at the age of 92. 

In addition to her parents, Hilda is preceded in death by her husband Gene McBride, her two daughters Jeanie McBride and Deanie McBride, and her brother, Wallace Petty. She is survived by her son, Ricky McBride, and her sister, Ida Loveless, as well as several nieces and nephews and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

A graveside service for Hilda Marcelle Petty McBride will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1:30 PM at the Milan Cemetery in Centerville, TN.  A visitation with the McBride family will be held the same day from 11 AM – 1 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.
