Heidi Leigh-Susan DuCharme was born in Fall River, MA on January 4, 1965 to Margaret Pescetello and the late Robert Martin. She passed away on June 11, 2020 at the age of 55. She enjoyed many creative hobbies such as crocheting, drawing, coloring, making jewelry.

In addition to her mother, Heidi is survived by her husband, Ray DuCharme; sons, Kevin Graham and Justin Graham; brother, Timothy Martin; brothers-in-law, David DuCharme and Donald DuCharme; niece, Tanya Martin; nephew, Ryan Martin; and grandchildren, Hadley Graham, Gavin Graham, Hunter Graham, Calvin Graham, and Carter Graham; as well as many other friends and family.

A memorial service for Heidi Leigh-Susan DuCharme will be scheduled in the coming weeks.
