Cody Wesley Taylor was born in Nashville, TN on June 3, 1986, to Terri Bradley Taylor Lance and the late Carl “Junior” Taylor Jr. Cody passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 34.

In addition to his father, Cody is preceded in death by his wife, Catherine “Cat” Harvey Taylor; grandfather, Preston “GaGa” Bradley; and grandmother, Aretta “MawMaw” Taylor. He survived by his mother, Terri Bradley Taylor Lance; grandmother, Jolene Bradley; grandfather, Carl Taylor Sr.; brothers, Dalton Lance and Wade Lance; uncle, James (Cammie) Taylor; aunts, Kathy (David) McGahey and Janit (Keith) Hall; and niece, Paisley Lance.

A funeral service for Cody Wesley Taylor will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 3:00 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home – HIckman County. Burial will follow at the Warf Cemetery. A visitation with the Taylor family will be held on Friday, August 28 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM as well as on Saturday from 12:00 PM until service time at McDonald Funeral Home – HIckman County.
