Martha Ann Owens McCord (Nannie) was born in Only, TN, on August 2, 1929 to the late John C. and Mary Bertha Brown Owens. Martha peacefully entered eternal rest in Murfreesboro, TN on January 17, 2025 at age of 95 years.

Mrs. McCord was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wilbur J. McCord (Dabby Bill), son Greg McCord, and her brother Harold (Hack) Owens.

She is survived by her brother Ray Owen; sons Randel McCord (Stephanie) of Centerville and Russell McCord (Cindy) of Murfreesboro; daughter-in-law Karen McCord. Her grandchildren include: Ashley Halliburton (Matthew), Brett McCord (PerriLynn), Michael McCord (Kayla), Jana Buttrey (Hunter), David McCord, Jonathan McCord, and Anna McCord; and the following great grandchildren Hailee, Austin, Levi, Lane, Callan, Amalie, Adilene, Henley Pearl, and John Scott.

Martha will be immensely missed by her immediate and extended family and a host of friends.

Visitation with the family will be 24 Jan 2025 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be held 25 Jan 2025 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
