Hattie Bell Mayberry was born on January 5, 1939, and passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 86.

Hattie is the daughter of the late James Oliver Powers and Gracie Mildered Berryman Powers. She is also preceded by husband David Mayberry, sons Jeff Mayberry and Stephen “Art” Mayberry, siblings, John Powers, Maxie Lance, Shirley Garton, Daisy Beard, James Powers, Janet King, Willie Powers, Roy Powers, Brenda Smith, Louise Powers, and Maryann Powers.

Hattie is survived by many nieces and nephews along with sister Lois Lindsey and brother Jerry Powers. She was an avid Titans fan, she loved children and animals alike, she was a long-term employee at Genesco and a fixture at Daves Mobile. Hattie will be remembered for her laughing and her adventurous spirit. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be 4 Jan 2026 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM.  Burial will be at Charles L Nickell Memorial Park, Centerville, TN.
