Mr. Horace Ligon, Jr was born on November 26, 1929, to the late Horace and Eva Tidwell Ligon in Bon Aqua, TN and entered into rest on February 25, 2023 in Dickson, TN at the age of 93.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Ligon is preceded in death by his wives, Louise Ligon and Christine Ligon, a brother, Ben Ligon and step-daughter, Marsh Finch.

He is survived by his step-daughters, Shirley Walls, Margaret White and Katherine Parker, four step-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Mr. Ligon was employed by Nashville Electric Service and was a farmer for many years. He enjoyed the outdoors and beauty of nature. He also loved to fish.  

Visitation with the family will be 3 March 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Graveside Services will be held 4 March 2023 at Green Cemetery, Bon Aqua, TN.
