Charles William Lankford was born April 13, 1941 and died January 31, 2019, making his life here 77 years 9 months and 18 days. A native of Wartburg TN, he was the son of the late Willis and Nellie Duncan Lankford,

in addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Emily Mae, and a brother, Ernest Lankford.

Mr. Lankford is survived by his wife, Sandy Yates Lankford, daughters, Karen (Bryan) Lawson, Renee (James) Hill, step-daughter, Jennifer (Russell) Lyttle, grandchildren, Hannah (Justin) McClellan, Katie (Blake) Graham, Faith Armstrong (Hunter), Logan Hill, great-grandchildren, Teague, and Candace McClellan, brothers, Frank and Cordell (Carol) Lankford, sister, Janie McCord.

Visitation will be 2 Feb 2019 , 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Funeral Services will be held 3 Feb 2019 at 3:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Burial will be at Charles L Nickell Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
