Mrs. Lori Scott Kolb, 54, of Fairview, passed from this life on December 31, 2020, at her home. She was born to Mack Duncan and Sylvia Hennessee on December 7, 1966, in Nashville, TN. She married Kevin Kolb and was a homemaker her adult life.

Along with her husband, she is survived by Heidi Kolb and Hailee Kolb, her daughters.

Her parents precede her in death.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the Duncanville Cemetery in Lewisburg, TN, at 2:00 PM.

Lori Duncan Kolb, age 54 of Fairview, entered eternal rest and is at peace.

Born in Nashville, she grew up in Franklin, attending Williamson County Schools before moving to Cookeville. She graduated from Putnam County High and attended Middle Tennessee State University.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Mac” Duncan; her step-father, Dr. “Hal” Wilson; and her grandmother, Eula Hennessee Latham.

Survivors include her loving daughters, Heidi Kolb and Hai-Lee Kolb; and devoted mother, Sylvia Duncan Wilson.

A private memorial service was held on January 10, 2021 in Hohenwald. Burial followed in the Duncanville Cemetery in Lewisburg.

McDonald Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
