Jason Corey Kilzer, born on February 26, 1981, in the town of Lexington, Tennessee, passed away on August 8, 2025, at his home in Reagan, Tennessee.
Jason leaves behind to carry on his memory Sheila Kilzer, Shelby Paige Kilzer, Braxton Kilzer, Oaklynn Pryor, and Angela Pratt. Those in his life held a special place in his heart. He also leaves behind many special friends. He was preceded in death by Mr. Eddie D. Morton.
A man of the outdoors, Jason found peace in the roar of a motorcycle engine and the whispers of nature while hunting. His love for big trucks was more than a hobby; it reflected his larger-than-life personality and his penchant for adventure. Family gatherings were the highlight of his life, as he believed that the bonds of family were the most substantial ties one could have.
Jason’s hands were skilled, and he was always ready to lend them to anyone in need—earning the label of “handy” from all who knew him. His loving nature was the cornerstone of his existence, and it was evident in every action and every relationship he cultivated.
Graveside services to honor the life of Jason Corey Kilzer will be held at 1:00 pm on August 23, 2025, at the Holmes cemetery in Scotts Hill, Tennessee. The service will be a time to reflect on the joy he brought into our lives and the memories that will forever be etched in our hearts.
Following the services, a time for fellowship will take place at The Windmill in Decaturville. This gathering will be an opportunity for all who loved Jason to share stories, laughter, and memories in his honor—a fitting tribute to a man who cherished the company of others and the sharing of good times.
