Robert Lee Kelly was born on December 16, 1967, in Lobelville, Tennessee, and passed away on September 8, 2020, in Columbia, Tennessee. He was 52 years 8 months and 24 days old.

He was the son of the late Thomas Willie Kelly and Leona Virginia Griffin Kelly.

He was also preceded in death by his brothers Ronald Thomas Kelly and Stephen Ray Kelly.

He is survived by his sisters Bedelia James of Hohenwald, Tennessee and Teresa (Randy) Jenkins of Centerville, Tennessee. Nieces Melanie Tucker, Mary Beth Yoder, Brandy (Robin) Mayberry, and Brittany (Robert) Scroggins. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Graveside Services will be held on 11 Sep 2020 at 3;00 PM at Bethel Cemetery, Pleasantville, TN.  Clinton Williams will conduct the graveside services.
