Jacob Jenkins was born on December 6, 1948, and passed away on December 25, 2024, at the age of 76. Otherwise known as Jake or affectionately known as Paw Paw.

Mr. Jenkins was a member of the church of Christ at Twomey, He was a devoted Christian Husband, father, Paw Paw, and Great Paw Paw. He worked 40 plus years doing construction. In his free time, he enjoyed racing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was also a Vietnam Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient with the United States Army. He also loved his two dogs Blue and Shiloh.

Mr. Jenkins is the son of the late Grady Elijah and Claudie Odell Dunn Jenkins. He is also preceded in death by his wife Linda Lou Breece Jenkins.

Mr. Jenkins is survived by his sons Jimmy Jenkins, and Brian (Jennifer) Jenkins, daughter Kristy Jenkins, sisters Patsy (Ralph) Givens, and June (Eddie) Bryan, brother Anthony Jenkins, grandchildren Patrick, Emily, Brittany, Kelsey, Heather, Jimmy Jacob, Tyler, Zach, Brian Ray, Isabella, and Faith, great grandchildren Maddison, Brantley, J.J., Westlyn, Blane, Nicolas, Ryder, Navy, Riverlyn, Violette, and Brooklyn.

Visitation with the family will be 31 Dec 2024 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Twomey Church of Christ, 65 Hwy 100 W, Centerville, TN 37033.  Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM with burial to follow at Jenkins Cotham Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
