Tristan Cameron James, of Dickson, Tennessee, was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 16, 2007, and died on July 9, 2024, at the age of 17 years. Tristan is the beloved son of Misty Leigh Geisler James and Phillip Dale James. He is survived by his sisters, Savannah James and Madison (Landon Dooley) Geisler, and his niece, Landry. Tristan also is the cherished grandson of Yvonne and Tim Patterson, Sandra Thornton, and Dale James.

Tristan was a student at Hickman County High School and a proud member of the football team. Prior to being a Hickman County Bulldog, he played for the Dickson County Cougars. Known for his polite and quiet demeanor, well-mannered nature, and talent, Tristan had a passion for woodworking.

He attended Pinewood Church of Christ, where he served as an usher and was always ready to help with any project. Tristan loved his family and friends deeply, leaving behind cherished memories with those who knew him.
