Joyce Elaine James was born on January 16, 1958, and passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 63.

She was the daughter of the late Lonnie Guy and Addie Geneva Mosley Capps. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Edward Capps, Bud Capps, Bobby Capps, and Steve Capps, and her sister, Annice Wilson.

She is survived by her daughter, Terra (Steve) Bills, son, Jason James, sisters, Patsy Turman, Gail (Troy) Beasley, Sharon Marshall, and Reba Baker, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, 

Visitation will be 4 May 2021 from 3:00 – 8:00 PM and 5 May 2021 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  The funeral will be 5 May 2021 at 1:00 PM  McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
