Mr. Howard Pruitt Hyatt, 97, of Hohenwald passed away on Sunday, March 14th, 2021, at his home. He was born on August 15, 1923, to Howard A. Dewberry and Nina Hyatt, in Lawrence Co. He served in World War 2 in the United States Marine Corp. He married the love of his life, Joanne (Hinson) Hyatt, and they lived a long and happy life together. He was a professional barber in Columbia, TN, for many years until his retirement. He and Joanne were members of the Baptist Church here in Hohenwald.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne Hyatt of Hohenwald, children, Debbie Hyatt Qualls of Churchville, Maryland, Steve Hyatt of Wesley Chapel, Florida, and Pat Hyatt Campbell of Murfreesboro, TN. Also, 5 grandchildren and 7 grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Imo Wagster.

Graveside Services will be held 18 Mar 2021 at 11:00 AM at Swiss Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN.
