Garland Edward Horner was born on June 2, 1937 and passed away on April 29, 2022 at the age of 84.

Mr. Horner was the son of the late Hershel D. and Irene Grace Whitwell Horner. He is also preceded in death by his wife Nolene Horner, sister Willie Pearl Warren, brother Guy Horner, and Son Daryl Garland Horner.

Mr. Horner is survived by his daughter Angela (Wayne) Carroll, son Jonathan (Katlyn) Horner, step son Charles (Melissa) Dewayne Collins, step daughters Kathy (John) Knorr, and Charlotte (Aaron) Litton, Many grand and great grandchildren.

Mr. Horner will be missed by everyone who knew him. He had a giant loving heart, and with that heart he touched many lives. He also very much loved to set up yard sales in his yard and helped many people by giving away many items most of the time for free.
