Dwight Adrian Horner was born in Dickson, Tennessee, on October 8, 1972, to Marilyn Yvonne Johnston Horner and the late James Earl Horner and died August 16, 2021, at the age of 48 years.

In addition to his mother, Dwight is survived by his daughter Emily Nicole Horner and sisters Anessa Blackwell and Alicia Kathleen Barry. He is also survived by his uncle and aunt, Charles and Reba Horner, and nieces and nephews, Autumn, Kolby and Braden Blackwell, Jaiden Clark, and Max Malugin.

Dwight is also predeceased by his grandparents, Arthur Earl and Mattie Mathis Horner and Johnny A. and Alice Johnston.

A private family service will be held.
