Holder, Marcia Ann King
Marcia Ann King Holder, 69, of Linden, passed away Tuesday August 12, 2025. She was born in Hohenwald to the late Elmer King and Stella Roberts King.
She had just retired from Perry County Government where she worked in the County Mayor’s office. She had worked as the Budget Director for 30 years. Marcia was very dedicated to her job. She had also worked at Perry Community Hospital. She enjoyed listening to music and going out to eat and loved her cats.
In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Willie Ronnie Holder, Sr.
Survivors include her step-son Willie Ronnie (Sheila) Holder, Jr. of Waynesboro, cousins Jo Nell Moore and Valerie Moore and Barbara Dabbs Collett, step-grandchildren Colton Holder and Camryn Holder, a special friend Daniel Schaaf and his family; Sage Schaaf, Sydney Rivera, Danielle “Ellie” Schaaf, Anna Schaaf and Zaryia Schaaf and many, many friends.
