Hinson, Lynn Renee
On the evening of August 3, 2020, Mrs. Lynn Renee Hinson 68, of Hohenwald peacefully went into the arms of our Lord and Savior. She was born on February 3,1952 at the Boyce Clinic to the late George Loveless and Emma (Graves) Treadwell.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Jimmie Webster, Ruth Barnhart, and Freda Wildman; Brothers in law Jerry Flowers and Randy Hinson; sisters in law Mrs. Rosemary Hinson and Jean Treadwell.
Mrs. Hinson was a billing and coding specialist for The Lewis Hospital before retiring from the Anand Clinic. On September 4,1969 she married her best friend Mr. Leo Hinson at Lomax Church of Christ and celebrated 50 years of marriage and memories. Being a devote Christian, Lynn was a lifetime member of Indian Creek Church of Christ.
Mrs. Hinson never took a day for granted. It gave her great joy to make sure all her loved ones received something special from her. She loved every holiday and made sure her house was decorated for each occasion with each piece having its specific location. During the holiday’s she was found in the kitchen preparing a meal that was fit for royalty. Lynn enjoyed spending the day with her daughter shopping and ending the day with a meal out. She loved being at the beach and the family made sure to take their yearly vacation to the Gulf Shores for over 15 years straight. Mrs. Hinson was truly the rock of her family. Nothing was more important than the bond she had with each family member, especially her grandchildren. The memories that she has made over the years will carrying on in their hearts for a lifetime.
Along with her husband Leo, Mrs. Hinson is survived by her daughter Shannon (Craig) Schmittou; Grandchildren Peyton (Shaun) Evans, and Parker Schmittou; great grandchildren Owen, Jasper, and Riley; siblings Robert Treadwell and Peggy Flowers; and brother in Law Jimmie Earl Hinson.
A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday August 5, 2020 at Lewis County Memorial Gardens, Hohenwald, TN, beginning at 11:00 am. Brothers Jeff Durham and Bill Webb will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Bill Webb, Charlie Dugger, Jackie Holt, Shaun Evans, Neil Schmittou, and Eric Treadwell.
