Frank Hinson, age 81 of Union City, passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral service was conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, September 4 in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home with Brother Tommy Roper officiating. Burial followed in Fremont Cemetery near Union City.

Frank was born May 12, 1939, in Hohenwald, son of the late Elmer and Delia Mae (Quillen) Hinson. He married Lois (Turnbow) Hinson June 15, 1957.

Frank was a retired bulldozer operator and a member of Star of Bethlehem Assembly of God.

He is survived by his wife, Lois; four daughters, Frankie Ogden (Teddy), Connie Martinez (Miguel), Mona Revell (Donnie) and Michelle Hutchens (Dennis) all of Union City; one son, Terry Hinson (Angela) of Union City; one sister, Jenny Odom of Hohenwald; one brother, Johnny Hinson of Hohenwald; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Mark Hinson; one sister, Ozelle Armstrong; and one brother, Huey Hinson.

Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home in Union City assisted the family with arrangements.
