Dorothy Jane “Dot” Hill, was born on March 27, 1934 in Hickman County to the late Allen Bridges and Ruth Pearl Lynn Anderson, and departed this life on November 29, 2022 at her home in Centerville, at the age of 88.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband George Elmer Hill, brothers Nathan and Everett Anderson, and sisters Mildred Rochelle, and Eunice Cochran.

She is survived by her daughters Kathy Baxter (Jimmy), Donna Estes (The late Mike Sanders) Glenna Hill, Teresa White (Roger), and George Ann Taylor (Paul), 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Ms. Dot was a member of the Twomey Church of Christ and a outstanding seamstress, with a smile for everyone she came in contact with.

Visitation with the family will be 1 December 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and 2 December 2022 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with Funeral Services to follow at 1:00 PM.
