Christine Elizabeth Hickerson, age 78, of Westland, MI, died May 22, 2004 at Westland Convalescent Home, Westland, Wayne Co, MI. There will not be a visitation. The funeral will be held Graveside, May 27, 2004 at 11:00 PM, L C Loveless officiating. Burial will take place May 27, 2004. Survivors include son, Jamie (Barbara) Hickerson; daughter, Judy (Mark) Yamber; brothers, Billy and Bobby Cothran, sisters, Freddie Sublett, Nell Peters and Lucille Cotham; grandchildren, Tony and Nicole Yamber. Mrs. Hickerson was born February 1, 1926 in Hohenwald, TN to Jess and Lila Boyce Cothran, Sr. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Hickerson; parents, Jess and Lila (Boyce) Cothran, Sr.
