James Allen Hensley, age 39, born June 27, 1965 in Dickson, Dickson Co, TN, died October 7, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital, Columbia, TN. The funeral will be held at: Freedom Holy Temple Church, October 9, 2004 at 11:00 AM. The officiating clergy will be Glen Floyd. Burial will take place October 9, 2004 in the Lewis County Memorial Gardens, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be Friday, October 8, 2004 at 5:00 PM. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Darlene (Gallian) Hensley; mother, Mamie Lucille (Chandler) Hensley; daughters, Jessica Laine and Hannah Laiken Hensley; brothers, Charles W. Hensley and Jerry W. Hensley; sisters, Marcia Edwards and Juanita Daugherty. Preceded in death by his father, Charlie G. Hensley.
