Iva Lee Seiber Hayes or Granny to everyone, was born on October 26, 1925 and passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 96.

She was the daughter of the late John Thomas Carpenter and Susan Elizabeth Hopper Carpenter.

She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Seiber, her second husband, Morris Hayes, daughter, Dorothy Cathcart, grandchildren, Aundrea Moore and Suzie Ayers, brothers, Herman Carpenter and Jay (Bird) Allen, sisters, Frances Doyle and Delia Sanders.

She is survived by her daughter, Marti Davis, son, RB (Lois) Seiber, daughter, Lois Moore, brother, Albert Allen, sister, Brenda, ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and fifteen great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be September 25, 2022 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and September 26, 2022. 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County, Centerville, TN.  Funeral Services will be September 26, 2022. 9:00 AM at 2:30 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County, Centerville, TN.
