The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, April 11, 2004 at 2:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be Coy Reeves, and Harvil Stockard. Burial will take place April 11, 2004 in the Downey Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN. Visitation will be April 10, 2004 at 3:30 PM. Survivors include sons, Richard (Melinda) and Larry (Sabrina) Harper; stepdaughter, Rhonda Thomas; brother, Glenn Harper; sister, Aileen Calvert; Grandsons, Joseph Lee Harper and Justin Michael Harper; step-granddaughters, Heather Lane Thomas, Shana Brooke Thomas and Stephany Rider; step-grandsons, Darren Andrew Thomas and Brandon Rider. Preceded in death by his parents, Elvis and Virgie Mary (Hensley) Harper.
