Buddy Harder, 73, of Linden, died Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Perry Memorial Hospital.  Funeral services were held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Young Funeral Home with Aaron Warnick officiating. Interment took place in the Graves Cemetery.  Mr. Harder was born in Lewis County to the late Carlos Harder and Cyrena Hickerson Harder. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from DuPont at New Johnsonville. He was currently a resident of the Perry County Nursing Home.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Harder Castelle, and a brother, Jamie Harder.   Survivors include one daughter, Angel (Brian) Moore of Linden; three sons, Barry (Wendy) Harder of Knoxville, Billy (Deborah) Harder of New Johnsonville and Tim Harder of Parsons; two sisters, Sue Hurt of Hohenwald and Imodene Clay of Chattanooga; five grandsons; one great granddaughter and five step grandchildren.  Donations may be made in memory of Mr. Harder to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4205 Hillsboro Pike, Suite #216, Nashville, TN 37205.
