Ida Mae Gordon was born on April 16, 1939, and passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 86.

Mrs. Gordon is the daughter of the late Ellis Vester Plunkett and Willie Edith Green Plunkett. She is also preceded in death by her husband William Carl Gordon, son William Keith Gordon, brother Joe Garland Plunkett, sister Johnnie Louise Plunkett, and brother Franklin D Plunkett.

Mrs. Gordon is survived by her daughter Hayley (Billy) Flynn, grandchildren Chelsie Shay (Lee) Jordan, and Allison Christine Gordon.

Mrs. Gordon always loved to spend time with family and friends, she loved her fur babies Pearl and Oliver. She found joy in working in the garden and loved to cook.

Visitation with the family will be 8 Jan 2026 from 4:00  – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be 9 Jan 2026 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
