Paul Edward Godwin, of Nunnelly, was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on August 9, 1951, to the late Owen Wilson and Thelma Jean Dill Godwin and died September 9, 2021, at the age of 70 years.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Godwin was preceded in death by his son Paul Godwin, Jr. and brother Danny L. Phillips.

Mr. Godwin is survived by his wife Sara Jarvis Godwin, son Jeff Owen Godwin, brothers Roger Patrick Godwin and Bruce Wayne Godwin. He is also survived by grandchildren Austin Owen Godwin, Ryan Godwin, Gracie Godwin, and Dillion Godwin, and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Mr. Godwin will be Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Memory Gardens at 2:00 p.m.
