Janie Marylin Gilbert was born on April 7, 1955 and passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 66.

She is the daughter of the late Eugene and Mary Hooper Hethcote. She is also preceded in death by her sister Hope Hethcote.

Mrs. Gilbert is survived by her husband Thomas Wayne Gilbert, daughter Cindy (Robert Deeleamon) Tibbs, grandchild Andrew Deeleamon Tibbs, brothers Steve (Pam) Hethcote and Tim Hethcote, sisters Rebecca (Dicky) Kincaid, and Ruth Simmons.

Visitation will be October 1, 2021 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and October 2, 2021 from 10:00 AM  – 1:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.
