Cornelia Grey Baker George was born on March 11, 1929, to William Austin Baker and Fannie Louise Twomey Baker and died July 5, 2021, at the age of 92 years.

Mrs. George was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Archie George, her son, William Doice George, and her brother, Marion Nichols Baker.

Mrs. George is survived by her daughter, Anita Marie George Safian and husband Brian William Safian, seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and sister-in-law, Vera Nell George Mayberry as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 7 July 2021 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be held at 2;00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Burial will be in Stand Cemetery, Duck River, TN.
