Barbara “Bobbie” Sue Foster was born on July 11, 1950 in Pulaski, VA to the late Rosie Louise Thomas Snyder and John Roland Snyder Sr. She enjoyed watching Youtube, Christian music, and reading the Bible.

In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brother, John Roland Snyder Jr. She is survived by her sons, Ricky Rowe, John Wesley Grantham, James Grantham, and Thomas William Biggs; sisters, Carolyn Faye Williams (Joel) and Connie Bevill; nieces, Amanda Sue Edwards, Shauna Brake, and Stephanie Snyder; as well as seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
