Joe Willard England was born on December 3, 1940 and passed away on April 29, 2022 at the age of 81.

Mr. England was the son of the late John “Jake” Cullum and Lucille Manley England, he is also preceded in death by his wife Kathleen England and brother Rufus England.

Mr. England is survived by his daughter Melissa Cline, son Steve England, brothers Preston England and William England, grandchildren Cody Chandler, Teah Chandler, Joani Lancaster, Jennifer Stewart and James Martin, and 5 great grandchildren.
