Billy Dwight Duncan was born on February 12, 1958 in Hohenwald, Tennessee and passed away on June 5, 2022 in Centerville, Tennessee. He was 64 years old.

He is the son of the late Billie Clyde Duncan and Pearl Evelyn Baker Duncan.

He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Billy Wayne Travis and Thomas Travis Jr., and sister, Linda Joyce Travis.

He is survived by his wife Peggy Kay Woods Duncan. Sons Tommy Duncan and Mark Anthony Duncan. Sisters Marsha Harrington and Norma Faye Aldridge. Five Grandchildren. Along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Graveside Services will be held 11 June 2022 at 10:00 AM at Bethel Cemetery, Pleasantville, TN.  Walter Tibbs will officiate.
