Everett Ray Dotson passed peacefully from this earthly world into the arms of our Lord at the age of 1 with his mommy and daddy by his side on July 4, 2021. He was born on February 7, 2020 at Vanderbilt Medical Center to D’jay Lawayne Dotson and Amy Marie Lawson. Although his time here was short, he was sure to bring a smile to anyone who met him. His infectious smile could light up any room.

Along with his parents he leaves behind to cherish his memory grandparents, Christina and Josh Choate, Darrin and Sara Dotson, Jennifer Hendrix, Anthony Hendrix, and Billy Griggs; great-grandparents, Sam and Ellaviene Warden, and Sheila Lawson; his uncle, Franklin Dotson; and aunts, April Griggs and Josey Lay.

Visitation with family friends will be held Thursday July 8, 2021, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in the chapel of Adair Funeral & Cremation Services. Visitation will continue Friday July 9, 2021 at Blondy Church of God from 11:00 – 1:00 with Services beginning after. Burial will immediately follow at Swiss Cemetery, Hohwenwald, TN.
