Donald Ray Dorton, age 68, of the Duck River Community, passed away November 10, 2021, at his home.

Born August 31, 1953, in Columbia, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Sam Henry Dorton and Margaret Elaine Matthews Dorton. In addition to his parents, Mr. Dorton is preceded in death by his wife, Paula Ann Dorton.

Mr. Dorton is survived by his sisters, Bonnie Hargrove and Carol Mitchell and his brother John Dorton.

Mr. Dorton was a carpenter and was a veteran of the United States Army.

A Celebration of Life will be held on 28 Nov 2021 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at the Shady Grove Community Center, 2013 Leatherwood Road, Duck River, TN.
