Cheryl Ruth deZafra, age 78, of Hampshire, passed away on December 13, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was born on November 2, 1943 in Oklahoma to the late John Buford Wilson and Pet Marie Justice Wilson. She is also preceded in death by her sister Patsy York.

She is survived by her husband Raymond deZafra; daughters, Holly (Tim) Jones and Tracy (Pete) Koumonduros; step-daughter, Skye (Casey) Howell; step-son, Matthew R deZafra; brothers, Charlie Wilson, Sr. and Michael Wilson; grandchildren, Alicia Guajardo, Jessica Guajardo, John Jones, James Jones, Patricia Jones, Philip (Emilie) Newmons, Nicole (Clinton) Davenport; step-grandson Zoran Howell; great-grandchildren, Brayden Davenport, Kynlie Newmons, Aubree Patrick, Layne Davenport, Carter Patrick, Savannah King, Averie Newmons, Chandler Carrington; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be 19 Dec 2021 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County.  Funeral Services will be 19 Dec 2021 at 2:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Lewis County.  Burial will be at Skelton Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN.
