Melinda Reanee DeVore was born in Dickson, TN on August 5, 1960, to Floy Mai Cude Gatewood and the late Elbert Leo Gatewood. She passed away from this life on January 15, 2021 at the age of 60.     

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Glen DeVore; daughter, Megan Jenkins; sister, Earline (Bill) Warren; brothers, Gary (Becky) Gatewood, Ronnie (Judy) Gatewood, and Tim (Donna) Gatewood; and grandson, Noah Bennett.       

A graveside service for Melinda Reanee DeVore will be held on Tuesday, January 19t, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Lowe’s Bend Cemetery.

A visitation with the DeVore family will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman Co.       

The family has asked that if you wish you consider donating in Melinda’s memory to the Lowe’s Bend Cemetery Fund, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, or Women Are Safe.
