Richard James Delaney Jr. was born July 23, 1958 and died on September 4, 2020 at the age of 62. He was born in Syracuse NY to Richard James and Nancy Adist Delaney. 

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Marlene Dilday.

Survivors include his wife Sharon Davis Delaney, children, Paul Phillips, William Phillips, Marcia Bell, Richard Delaney III, Erin Delaney, and Bret Delaney, 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren, brothers and sisters Theresa Kangah, Peggy McIntyre, Chuck Delaney, Tammy Sherman, Robin Lasher and Carol Delaney.
