Tina Louise Dean passed away on February 14, 2023, at the age of 65. She was born on April 23, 1957, in Syracuse, New York to Edwards Brooks & Sandra Northrup Youngs.

In addition to her father, Edward Brooks, she is preceded in death by her sister, Bonnie Bodin.

She is survived by her mother Sandra Youngs; son Casey (Amanda) Brooks; sisters Vivian (Fred) Schoolcraft, Toni Brooks, Kelly (John) Kloss, and Wendy (Andy) Foster; brothers Eddie (Candy) Brooks and Larry Brooks; brother-in-law Jim Bodin; grandchildren Cody (Abby Carper) Brooks, Alex Cameron, and John Caenin Brooks; great-grandchildren, Maci Harrington and Layla Brooks; special nieces, Brandy Brooks and Kendra Brooks; as well as many other relatives and friends.
